Reorganized from the "Information Section of Science Lab" in 1993, the main goals of Computer Center are spreading information education, developing the administrative management system concerning school affairs, supporting teaching research, inducing the teaching and administrative staff to use Office Automation Systems correctly, elevating efficiency, encouraging teachers and students to employ computer teaching facilities, upgrading academic levels, creating an atmosphere of research and strengthening students¡¦ understanding and employment of the practical courses of police information systems. On Dec. 22, 1995, this school was formally reorganized into university. According to the stipulations (Item 8, Article 3), the computer center is designed as one unit at the university.
