To further strengthen the faculty and staff's ability to apply Generative AI in both public service and academic research, and to integrate it into various fields of administration and teaching, the University organized two sessions of the special lecture “Applications of Generative AI in Public Service and Academic Research” on April 25 and May 2, 2025.

A total of about 65 participants attended the lectures. Through this professional program, faculty and staff effectively enhanced their knowledge and practical application of AI-assisted public administration and academic research.

Generative AI is rapidly transforming the landscape of public service and academic work. Its applications can assist in drafting reports, analyzing data, providing policy consultation, and automating routine tasks to improve administrative efficiency. In academic research, Generative AI can support literature reviews, data analysis, research design, and paper writing, while also serving as a catalyst for innovative thinking.

Looking ahead, the University will continue to plan a series of related courses, enabling colleagues to make the most of various Generative AI tools, thereby promoting administrative efficiency, enhancing research productivity, and addressing the challenges faced in today's public service and academic research environments.
