In line with the Ministry of the Interior's promotion of the OpenData "Government Data Openness" policy, Computer Center held an educational training session on "Promotion of Open Document Format (ODF) and Operation of OpenData Platform" on June 20, 2023 (Tuesday) at the Computer Classroom in the Information Building. The training was aimed at representatives from various departments within campus who handle OpenData initiatives (or their proxies) and other colleagues interested in participating.

Based on the 3322nd Executive Yuan meeting resolution, the government promotes Open Data, which can enhance government transparency, improve the quality of life for citizens, and meet the demands of various industries. Open Data plays a crucial role in enhancing decision-making quality between different levels of government or departments. Each department should consider the needs of the public and the requirements of user applications when planning Open Data initiatives, and also take into account the necessity of machine-readable interfaces.

CPU is an institution under the Ministry of the Interior, and we collaborate to provide relevant OpenData information to enhance the quality of government information services.
