publish date : 2021-12-30
To ensure compliance with government regulations — the Cyber Security Management Act, the Enforcement Rules of the Cyber Security Management Act and the Regulations on the Classification of Cyber Security Responsibility Levels — CPU established the Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection Committee and proposed that the university obtain Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification.

CPU started the process of obtaining ISO 27001 : 2005 ISMS certification on October 26, 2011. The AFNOR Group, which certifies compliance with international standards, sent evaluators to check our progress, and the school passed. On November 15, 2021, CPU received ISO 27001 : 2013 certification.

The certification needs to be renewed every three years.

CPU will continue to safeguard our information systems and protect our personal data in order to maintain a safe and dependable education, research and administrative environment.
